When the diaphragm is in a constant state of contraction, or functioning sub optimally, it physically interferes with vagal function. Meaning:

Your body thinks it is under threat even when you’re just standing on the mound or in the box.

Which means:
Your reaction time, coordination, decision-making, mechanics, timing, and “clutchness” are being controlled by a nerve… not your mindset or so-called physical readiness.

A 25+ Year Journey Into the Deepest Layers of the Human System

I didn’t build this work from textbooks.

I built it from two and a half decades of searching for deeper answers when nothing surface-level made sense.

For 25+ years, I’ve been studying the human system from every angle – the mechanical, the neurological, the emotional, the energetic, and the unseen.

I’ve been:

  • A certified energy healer for 23 years, long before “nervous system work” became a trend

  • An NLP practitioner for 25 years, trained in the structures of the mind and how patterns form and dissolve

  • A practitioner in hypnosis and subconscious repatterning

  • A lifelong student of EFT/Tapping (since age 16)

  • Meditation-trained through three 10-day silent Vipassana retreats and ZIVA

  • A student of Buddhist lineages, having meditated with a monk in Thailand
