TIER 1 is great for self-starters with no injuries or imbalances impacting your movement who want to harness the incredible benefits of this 12-week program. *If you have something wonky going on with your body, it’s HIGHLY recommended to upgrade to Tier 2, which includes a private biomechanics assessment via zoom. With the assessment, you receive an 8 week custom program of corrective drills specific to your body’s imbalances/needs.
Here’s what you get in this Tier of the ’25/’26 Mobility Series:
- Access to the 12-Week Mobility Series (begins October 27th)
- 3 60-min on-demand video sessions/wk. (On demand means you can watch them whenever you want) – The 1st one is available Monday, Oct 27th and then a new one drops every M/W/F at 9a EST.
